1.  How and When I can expect to get samples?

We will provide you our existing free sample to check our quality, but the shipping cost needs to paid by you. After the charge received, usually the sample will be ready for delivery in 5 Working Days.

& For customized samples, you are the charge of sampling fee, as well as shipping cost. But kindly note the sampling cost can be refundable when the bulk order is placed. The delivery time varies from different products, so please enquire accordingly.

2. When can you deliver the goods?

After approval, usually we need about 10-15 working days in the production. But as for large bulk orders or specially customized goods, please enquire accordingly.

3. How about the shipping ways?

By Express (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc), Air or Sea. Considering your cost efficiency, for small volume, we suggest you via express or air. Via our express account or yours, that depends on you. As for bulk cargos, sure that’s more economic to ship by sea.

4. What kind of file format do you accept for printing?

PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.

 5. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional design team. Just let us know your ideas, and we will carry out them into real products. If you do not have the complete files, please send us high resolution images. We will make the layout until you are satisfied.

6. Do you accept OEM?

Yes, we accept OEM and ODM.
